LOL. “Tamil kingdom” indeed. The Tamils of Sri Lanka are the remnants of INVADING south Indian despot kings, along with a few who were brought in by the boatload as labourers to pick the British tea plantations (when the Sinhalese refused to demean themselves). There has NEVER been a tamil kingdom in Sri Lanka. What there has been is the OCCUPATION of the northern parts by tamil despots, who were soon afterwards killed and their armies vanquished by the Sinhalese King, with sovereignty restored, ALWAYS. There is not a single scrap of evidence, no parchments, no tablets, no palaces or monuments which provide any evidence WHATSOEVER that there was a tamil kingdom. It is not recorded by the Portugese, Dutch or British records, nor is it recorded by the Roman and ancient Greek records.
The Sinhalese are UNIQUE, culturally, religiously and ethnically from every other race in the world, and their original, ancestral, and ONLY home is Sri Lanka. Not to mention the unique language. Sri Lankan Tamils are ethnically, culturally, religiously and traditionally, IDENTICAL to the south indian tamils, all 80 million of them, who populate the southern indian states of Tamil Nadu (Nadu is “home” in the tamil language) and Kerala, and therefore they already have a “homeland”. When they wanted independence from India, Indira Gandhi said a resounding “NO” and instead exported this indian problem to Sri Lanka by founding, training, arming and funding several Tamil Terrorist groups, which have all since been assimilated (through extermination of leadership) into the LTTE.
If there had been a tamil nation on ANY part of Sri Lanka at the time of the arrival of the Sinhalese ancestors, there would have been ABSOULTELY NO WAY that a unique Sinhalese Nation and Identity could have developed, as the Sinhalese would all have been exterminated. The thing is, unlike all other Nations, of the ancient and current times, the Sinhalese ALLOWED the settlement of the remnants of the invading tamil armies, due to their strong respect of human life and compassion for all living beings which stemmed from the strong Buddhist heritage. In any other country, with any other race, the invading armies would have been totally annihilated.
In these pro Tamil Terrorist protests all over the world, what we see is the desperate final act of an organization who see the end of their dream based on lies and deceit. There never has been, and never will be a separate, racist, mono-ethnic, tamil-only state carved out of Sri Lanka. The British do have major responsibility in this war that has taken countless lives and cost the country 30 years of economic and social development. It was they who elevated minorities to positions of power in the government, it was they who actively pursued the destruction of the Sinhala Identity, social order, and Buddhist religion (in contravention to the Kandyan Accords signed with the last King of Sri Lanka) by providing education and employment only to those who converted to Christianity. It was they who allowed the oppression of the Sinhalese even after independence, by the over-filling of tamil chauvinists into the civil service and all professions. In 1983, the tamils who made up just 11% of the population, occupied over 30% of professional posts including medicine, dentistry, law and science. They owned 50% of businesses, and owned land all over the country (“gifts” for loyalty to the Crown), while Sinhalese had the highest rates of unemployment in all regions, and were FORBIDDEN by law to own or buy land in the regions with tamil majorities (no matter how slim that majority was) but the now world-famous “Sinhalese-Buddhist-dominated” government didn’t change this law, and it stands even to this day. What equality is that? If one actually looks at the facts, rather than terrorist hearsay and faux-emotional claptrap, you will see that successive Sinhalese-Buddhist-dominated governments have discriminated against the SINHALESE, rather than Tamils. Cries of “discrimination” by Tamil Chauvinists and Tamil Terrorist supporters are merely howls of despair at how their British given privileges and anti-Sinhala APARTHEID regime was lost with the granting of independence. It looks like they still haven’t grown out of it.
And what exactly is wrong with the government being mostly made up of Sinhalese? Sri Lanka is a country with 80% Sinhalese. It is also a democracy. Therefore, it is only natural that the government would mostly include Sinhalese members. 2+2=4. DUH! In any case, there are plenty of Tamils in government. Lakshman Kadirgama was a Tamil. He was a moderate, he loved Sri Lanka, worked his whole life to help the country. He was the Foreign Secretary. He was executed by the LTTE. Jeyraj Fernandopoulled was a tamil, who didn’t believe in terrorism or mythical daydream ancient “homelands.” He was a government Minister. He was blown up by a suicide bomber. Amitralingam was a tamil, who the Sinhala-Buddhist-dominated-population of the island voted for in droves, and gained enough votes to be appointed the Leader of the Opposition in parliament. He was assassinated by Prabhakaran himself, in his own house. Why? Amitralingam’s wife once said, “We tamils will make sandals from the skin of the Sinhalas, and then swim in their blood.” If that was the wife speaking, surely the husband would have made the best of LTTE material? Such barbaric blood-curdling talk was not enough for these Tamil Terrorists and their megalomaniac, psychopathic, obese, murderous, diseased, illiterate Terror chief. You see, Amitralingam wasn’t too sure about the need for a separate state.
What is NEVER reported on these or any other pages, is that the Sinhalese Buddhist taxpayer has been paying for food, healthcare, education, and civil service of the regions held in the Terroristan that the Tamil Terrorist Tigers created with the aid of several foreign powers, for the past 30 years. Most of this food and medicine has of course been going to fatten up their terror chief and cure his numerous diseases, as we can clearly see. And when the war moved to the Northern battlefields, NGOs screamed not to go, and the Norweigian “peace facilitator” Eric Solheim boasted that the LTTE could never be defeated militarily, while he was at an LTTE fundraiser celebrating the terror chief’s birthday (how “peaceful” of him!). Now that the military has cleared most of the north, we see why the NGOs were crying – while the Sinhalese Buddhists paid for the food, health and education of the terrorists, the NGOs had been using the donations of Western civilians and governments amounting to billions upon billions of dollars, to build palaces, mansions, swimming pools, paintball ranges, and underground multistory residential fortresses for the tamil terrorist leaders.
Perhaps NYT, BBC and the rest of the sources you quote (birds of a feather….?) should refer to the British, French and American governments just as they are: “White Christian dominated.” Why not? Why does only Sri Lanka receive this particular ethnoreligious classification? Is the problem that they are Buddhist?
The Tamil Terrorists began their campaign of terror by hacking to death innocent Sinhalese villagers in remote villages. Children, the infirm, pregnant women, all were fair game for them. Foetuses were cut out of mothers, and then crushed in front of the mothers eyes, before she too was killed. That is the barbarism and the true nature of the LTTE. Recently surrendered LTTE child soldiers (another of their “pionnering” tactics, along with suicide bombers) have stated that after basic training, they were forced to kill a Sinhalese civilian by hand with machetes, to “make the first kill more personal.” So nothing changes, even though they had in more recent times upgraded to use C4 strapped women to deliver the payloads where it hurt the most – civilians in airplanes, buses on the way home after a hard day’s work, market places, office buildings and schools. And then you wonder where the AlQaeda terrorists got their ideas from… turns out they and the Tamil Terrorists are heavily interconnected.
If those minority of tamils that supports terrorism would like to live in a Hindu Dravidian nation, then they can easily move back to Tamil Nadu. Sri Lanka is a free, democratic, country. No one is stopping them. The rest of the tamils of Sri Lanka can then continue to live in peace and harmony with the Sinhalese and Muslims and Burghers and Veddhas without any more war and death. The Times states that they only get their information from the Government or pro-terrorist sources. How preposterous it is that you equate a terrorist organization that wrote the book on terrorism with a democratically elected Government of a Sovereign nation! Tell me, is Hamas and Hezbollah also a valid source for you people? You don’t mention it much so I guess no?
Now that almost all of the civilians have been released from the human shield (70,000 in the last two days) after the army destroyed the barrier wall that had been constructed by the terrorists using slave-labour from the very people they claim to represent, the final push can begin and the terrorists destroyed. Will the protests continue? Hard to say. They should stop if the protesters are really concerned about the civilians that were held as human shields, shot at and suicide bombed if they tried to leave (as also happened yesterday), but since most of the Western protesters are waving Terrorist flags (of an EU and USA banned terrorist organization) I doubt they could care less for the civilians. Rather, it is the Terror leadership they want to protect, hoping for an intervention as in 1987 when the Tamil Terrorists were completely surrounded and on the verge of defeat, when the Indians invaded Sri Lanka and saved them.
I will end by saying this: if bin Laden was surrounded in an Afghan province, with a hundred thousand civilians as a human shield, would the US stop and give him unlimited time to release those civilians, the very thing that is keeping him alive? Or would the US do on a much larger scale what the US Navy did in the gulf of Aden just a few days ago and move in for the kill? The Sri Lankan government has been far more restrained than it should or is obliged to be. They worked tirelessly, at great cost to their own military in soldiers and treasure, to somehow release the civilians first before attacking the Terrorists. Now they have been rewarded for their suffering by the exodus of the Tamils, who come rushing in swarms of tens of thousands into the waiting, protective arms of the Sri Lankan military. When the time comes, we will see how the Great Powers respond to their very own hostage situation.
And to the above poster who says a referendum is needed: if such a preposterous referendum is held, the options will be either 1) stay in Sri Lanka and live in harmony with the rest of the Sinhalese as over 60% do, or 2) Go to Tamil Nadu and Kerala and ask India to give independence and “self determination” there. But in any case, this is a redundant issue, as the way the tamils have fled to the military lines, braving the bullets and suicide bombs of the desperate Tamil Terrorists, already provides the answer to the question of what the tamil population wants.
Tamil despots of the bygone centuries never succeeded in capturing this bountiful and beautiful land or in oppressing and destroying the Sinhalese race. They tried hard with standing armies, but were vanquished. Did anyone REALLY think that their most recent incarnation, as terrorist thugs with suicide belts, would succeed where their ancestors failed? In fact, even the British Imperialists weren’t able to achieve this, no matter how hard they tried, so I really don’t think these jokers had any chance. This whole state of affairs would have been pretty pathetic, if not for all the Sinhalese children, yet to be born foetuses, women and men, hadn’t been slaughtered by a bunch of Terrorists fighting for a never-existed dreamland. Therefore, it is reprehensible, and disgusting, and the instigators of this conflict will now pay the price for their crimes.
Abraham Lincoln told his generals to do “whatever it takes” to prevent the breaking of the USA, leading to the deaths of over 600,000 Americans. The Sri Lankan Sinhala Buddhist government has not followed such a policy, but is about to achieve the same goal of mainting integrity and sovereignty. The moral of the story is this: Terrorists always lose. If only Sri Lanka had leaders of such strength and fortitude as President Mahinda Rajapakse, and a Defence Secretary as capable as Gotabhaya Rajapakse in the past, then this would have been but a footnote in Sri Lanka’s history. Better late than never, though!
Of hospitals and never-ending “shelling”

This health official, whose name was first bandied about in terrorist sucking terrorism white washing media some months ago, is at it again. At what? No, not treating injured civilians or saving lives. Rather, he is spreading malicious lies about events that apparently happen wherever he goes.
When he was ordered to move the make shift hospital at Puthukuthurippu to the government cleared zones, in order to remove it from harm’s way as the soldiers fought back against Tamil Terrorist shelling and suicide bombings, he along with his ICRC and MSF colleagues moved it further IN to terrorist occupied zones. This directly put civilians at even greater risk. And surprise surprise, it got “shelled” and the media reported this baseless and unprovable claim just as they were supposed to. Then he moved, along with his tent “hospital” and the terrorists to Viswuamadu when PTK was liberated. He then reported, through his henchmen HRW, that the new “hospital” was also shelled. When VIS was cleared, he moved himself and his patients to one of those remote villages that didn’t even appear on maps – but coincidentally, this new location was the last remnant of what the Norweigian “peace facilitators” described as the “undefeatable” Tamil Terrorists’ ”de facto state.”
Wherever this health official goes, he gets “shelled.” However, he is never once injured. Instead, ”scores” and most recently (as the military comes ever closer to the Tamil Terrorist leaders) “hundreds” of “civilians” are killed in these “shellings,” which always occur moments after HRW broadcasts the location of the newest clinic. Tell me, what fool would then attack this location, knowing full well that the eyes of the world’s humanitarian industry was watching them via satellites and clandestine camera crews? It is obvious that it is the Tamil Terrorists themselves who are bombing these sites.
The UN and ICRC and several other groups have reported eye witness accounts of how the terrorists have been shooting at any civilians who try to flee their grip and enter the government zones, how suicide bombers have repeatedly struck at refugee processing centers, and how little Tamil children’s legs have been chopped off for trying to run from the LTTE recruiters. However, these same agencies now repeat the “claims” of “2000 killed in artillery barrage” without a single question asked as to who exactly fire the shells. This inverterate servility to terrorists is appalling, and also sets an awful precedent of unquestioning, unflinching support for terrorists the world over, who have been idolizing the LTTE and its tactics for the past 30 years and more. These should be elucidated.
The media led by Channel 4, a relative newcomer to supporting the Tamil Terrorists but the leader of the pack now, and also including the BBC, CNN, Al Jazera English, AP, AFP, PA, Reuters; and press including the Times, Telegraph, Guardian, “Independent,” Washington Post, LA Times, Newsweek, Time, Economist; and a whole host of others, have been carrying out a crusade against Sri Lanka’s successful war against Tamil Terrorists. These groups report as complete fact the unprovable, evidence-less claims of the Tamil Chauvinists and their Terrorist wing, who wrote the book on terrorism with their invention of the female suicide bomber, child soldiers, hacking to death Sinhalese villagers and cutting out Sinhalese mothers’ foetuses with savage attacks in the dead of night, and financing their atrocities and filling the wallets of opportunistic foreign politicians and media personnel by a massive global network of human trafficking, arms smuggling, drug running, money laundering, and credit card fraud and several more rackets. No wonder the FBI branded the LTTE as the world’s most ruthless terrorist organization, and even a few days ago in their report on global terrorism listed the Tamil Terrorists as more deadly than Al Qaeda.
Some questions need to be asked about the whole hospital saga:
During the 70s and later the late 80s there were two other terrorist campaigns in Sri Lanka. These were by the JVP, a hardcore marxist movement seeking to overthrow the Sri Lankan government. Their rebellion was crushed with the firmest possible hand, ruthlessly, and 50,000 died on both sides. But where were the wails of the media? Where were the human rights groups? They were all in Sri Lanka, but it was never reported. The major difference between these terrorists and the Tamil Terrorists were that the former were Sinhalese Buddhists.
More importantly, what also needs to be asked is where were these cries from human rights groups and media when Sinhalese civilians were being killed by Tamil Terrorists for the past thirty years? And these deaths were not simply through shooting, but rather through the systematic erradication of entire villages through the most horrendous methods available.
Sinhalese Buddhist monks were targetted and killed, including trainee monks of just 6, 7, 8 years old: all shot in the head. Their small skulls couldn’t take the impact force of the bullets, and they were found in a pool of blood with their shattered skull fragments sprayed around the room. Sinhalese Buddhist pilgrims to holy sites in the north were hacked to death. The holy Buddhist sites throughout the country including the Sri Dalida Maligawa were suicide-truck bombed. After hijacking civilian buses in several incidents, Tamil Terrorists identified the Sinhalese passengers and shot them. 900 Sinhalese and 300 Muslim soldiers and policemen were told to surrender by the Tamil Terrorists, when the garrison at Mullaitivu was surrounded by the terrorists, contravening the ceasefire agreement that was in place at the time (again, it was when the LTTE were weak that they demanded a ceasefire). The men surrendered, but instead of being allowed to leave, they were all beaten, blindfolded and gagged and then they were tissue-typed and their blood was extracted from them. On the edge of life, they were lined up in front of a pit and then sprayed with bullets. Villages were raided and children beheaded in front of parents, before the mother was raped and killed and finally the father was disembowled and then shot.
We know about many of these crimes against humanity due to the fact that they were all recorded for personal enjoyment of the Tamil Terrorist leaders, mainly Prabha who relishes watching the brutal torture and slaughter of Sinhalese women and Sinhalese children. Where were the humanitarian groups? Where was Channel 4? They were there, building bunkers for the terrorist leaders and swimming pools for their own enjoyment when they stopped over in Prabha and Pottu’s mansion, inflating population statistics to make sure the Tamil Terrorists would never go hungry or without medicines, hiding child conscription, hiding other more heinous crimes, and hiding the preparations the Tamil Terrorists were making to continue and broaden their campaign of ethnic cleansing against the rightful, original people of Sri Lanka, the Sinhalese Buddhists. They were there alright, but enjoying the scenes of carnage against the innocent unsuspecting Sinhalese Buddhists.
The Sinhalese Buddhists, and all other Sri Lankans have had enough. These double standards are not being tolerated any longer. This open support for terrorism from elements of the west (corrupt politicians and media bought over with blood money, and anti-Buddhist religiofascist groups such as the NGOs) is no longer being accepted. They will NOT be allowed into the war zone. They will NOT be allowed into the welfare camps to run amok without supervision. The 500 year pogrom and genocide against the Sinhalese Buddhists, carried out by the colonial governments which were filled by the colonialists with racist supremacists Tamil stooges for centuries, the pogrom continued post independence by supremacist Tamil chauvinists holding onto their British bestowed rewards for servitude - positions in civil service and professions, and continued most recently for 30 years by the Tamil Terrorists, the colonialist-favoured race of Sri Lanka, is about to end. It will never, never, never happen again.
We now see the unholy alliance of puppetmasters and terrorist proxies and media propagandisers, exposed by the determination, resolve, bravery, courage and most importantly, sacrificed blood and lives of the Sinhalese Buddhists. The enemies lose. Sri Lankans, the Sinhalese, Buddhists win. The Sinhalese Buddhists are free at last.
